Nashville Home Cleanouts exists for one kind of situation: a house that has to be emptied, and a person who is responsible for making that happen. Often that person is grieving, busy, or a thousand miles away.
We're not a bargain hauling outfit chasing single-item pickups. We scope the property in writing, agree on what stays and what goes, coordinate access with whoever is authorized, clear the home, handle found items carefully, and document the result so the next step — listing, closing, handing over keys — can happen.
